Courtesy notices are now being sent to research postgraduates 3 days before their items become due, these are generated automatically every day. This does not apply to 3 day/7 day or short loans. These notices are only being sent to customers who have provided us with email addresses.
Please note that these notices are a courtesy only and their non receipt is not an excuse for the late return of items. Returning items on time is still the responsibility of the borrower and any fines incurred as a result must be paid as before.
